Pricing questions
What happens to my dynamic codes if I cancel?
They keep working, forever. Each code keeps forwarding to the last destination you set. You just can’t edit it or see new stats until you come back. That’s the Evergreen Promise.
How do I sign in after buying?
Your receipt email from our payment partner Polar links to your customer portal, where your license key always lives. Paste the key on the Dashboard once per device. No passwords to remember.
Who handles payments and taxes?
Polar is our merchant of record: they process payments securely and handle sales tax and VAT worldwide. We never see your card.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If Pro isn’t right for you, email us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund.
What counts toward the 100 dynamic codes?
Active dynamic codes. Static codes are unlimited and free. Need more than 100? Email us.
Is the Lifetime deal really lifetime?
Yes: one payment, Pro for as long as EvergreenQR exists, and your codes keep working after that too. It’s limited to our first 200 customers to keep the lights on.
