Higher levels survive more damage and bigger logos, but make the pattern denser. Auto picks H when you add a logo.
The Evergreen Promise
Other “free” QR sites quietly give you a trial code that dies when the trial ends, then charge you to bring your printed menus back. We think that’s wrong, so we promise the opposite, in writing.
Read the promise- Free codes never expire. Static codes hold your data directly. They work even if we vanish.
- Paid codes are never held hostage. Cancel Pro and your dynamic codes keep working, frozen on their last link.
- Every design is scan-tested before you download it.
- No cookies, no trackers, no selling data.

A Wi‑Fi QR code stores your network name, password and security type in a standard format that iPhone (iOS 11 and later) and Android (10 and later) cameras understand. Scanning it shows a “Join network” prompt.
Your password never leaves your device: the code is generated right here in your browser, and we never see or store it. Perfect for homes, Airbnbs, cafés, offices and waiting rooms.
How to make your Wi‑Fi QR code
- Type your network name (SSID) exactly as it appears, including capital letters.
- Enter the password and pick the security type (WPA/WPA2/WPA3 for almost all home routers).
- Add the “Join our Wi‑Fi” frame, download, and print it for the fridge, front desk or table tent.
Questions, answered
Is it safe to put my Wi‑Fi password in a QR code?
The code is only as private as where you put it. Anyone who scans it can join, so use it for a guest network if possible. We never receive your password: it is encoded locally in your browser.
What if I change my Wi‑Fi password?
Static Wi‑Fi codes contain the password itself, so you will need to make and print a new code after changing it.
Which security type should I choose?
Choose WPA/WPA2/WPA3 unless your router is very old (WEP) or the network has no password (None). Hidden networks: tick “Hidden network”.
What is the Scan Score?
Before you download, we render your design small and slightly blurred, the way a phone camera sees it, and read every module back. The score shows how much of the built-in error correction your design uses. If it is low, the Fix button adjusts colors, logo size or error correction for you.
