1. The service
EvergreenQR (“we”) provides a free QR code generator and optional paid Pro features (dynamic codes, scan statistics, bulk and print tools), operated by Ivan Lapitski.
2. Your content
You are responsible for what your codes contain and where they point. Codes you create are yours to use commercially.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use dynamic codes to link to phishing, malware, scams, illegal content, or content that infringes others’ rights. We may disable dynamic codes that do so, which is the only case in which we will stop a code from forwarding. Disabled codes show a safety notice.
4. Pro subscriptions and lifetime licenses
Pro is sold through Polar, our merchant of record, and renews until you cancel. Lifetime licenses are a one-time purchase for the lifetime of the service. If you cancel or a subscription lapses, your dynamic codes continue forwarding to their last destination; editing and statistics require an active license.

6. Availability and changes
We work hard to keep redirects fast and available but can’t guarantee uninterrupted service. If we ever discontinue Pro, we will give at least 12 months’ notice and let you export your codes and destinations.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided “as is”. Always test-scan codes before printing in quantity. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
