Higher levels survive more damage and bigger logos, but make the pattern denser. Auto picks H when you add a logo.

Quiet zone

The Evergreen Promise

Other “free” QR sites quietly give you a trial code that dies when the trial ends, then charge you to bring your printed menus back. We think that’s wrong, so we promise the opposite, in writing.

Read the promise
  • Free codes never expire. Static codes hold your data directly. They work even if we vanish.
  • Paid codes are never held hostage. Cancel Pro and your dynamic codes keep working, frozen on their last link.
  • Every design is scan-tested before you download it.
  • No cookies, no trackers, no selling data.

A vCard QR code contains a digital business card in the vCard 3.0 format that iPhone and Android contacts apps import directly. People who scan it tap “Create new contact” and they’re done.

Keep it short for a smaller, easier-to-scan code: name, mobile, email and website are usually enough. Add the address and notes only if they matter to your customers.

How to make your Business card (vCard)

  1. Fill in your name and the details you want people to save.
  2. Choose a clean style that matches your card (dark-on-light prints best).
  3. Download a vector PDF or SVG for your printer and keep the code at least 2.5 cm (1 inch) wide.

Questions, answered

Why is my vCard QR code so dense?

The contact details live inside the code, so every extra field adds modules. Remove optional fields, or use a link to an online profile instead. The meter under the form shows how full the code is.

Can I update my contact info later?

Static vCard codes cannot change after printing. If your details change often, put a link to your website or a profile page in the code, and use a Pro dynamic code so you can update the destination anytime.

Do these QR codes expire?

No. Static codes made here contain your information directly, so they work forever, even if EvergreenQR disappeared tomorrow. Dynamic (editable) codes are a Pro feature, and they keep working even if you cancel: they simply freeze on their last link.
